The referral commission shall be 50% of the amount collected from the referral less any taxes or refunds provided but will not exceed $148.50 a month (“Referral Commission”)

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to use our trademark and other content (“Our IP”) to promote your link. You cannot change Our IP in any way or use it in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays us, any employee, representative or customer in a negative light.

As an Enrollio^® Affiliate, you are not our employee, agent, partner, joint venturer or any other fiduciary relationship. You do not have authority to act as our agent, to represent us, or to bind us. We will decide whether to provide services to a referral in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program or the Affiliate Program itself at any time with or without cause with or without notice.

Our total liability to the You, in tort, contract or otherwise, shall not exceed the Referral Commission. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

The rights and remedies set out in these terms allocate the risks between us under the Affliate Program and the Referral Commission reflects the allocation of risks.
