What is Enrollio®?

Does this replace my class registration software program?

Are there any hidden fees?

Nope! Unlimited contacts, unlimited users. Your only additional costs are for phone & text usage and optionally enhanced automation, which is explained and broken down here: https://enrollio.ai/additional-costs

What is the commitment?

We have monthly and annual payment plans and the monthly plan is month-to-month, so you can cancel any time with zero contracts or cancellation fees.

What if I have multiple locations?

Additional locations can be purchased for $97/month per location. All locations are easily accessible under one login.

This seems overwhelming! Help!

We have onboarding down to a science at this point! We do most of the heavy lifting on our end when you create an account and complete our intake form, and then we have a quick 30-min launch call and you're off to the races! We have help guides, training videos, live chat support 6 days a week, and unlimited zoom calls when needed! All included with your subscription and part of our commitment to empowering you as a studio owner.

Do I need to have my website through Enrollio®?

Enrollio® is compatible with Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix & most other website builders. Our system is not compatible with GoDaddy. But having your website built within Enrollio® allows you to have more in one place, easily accessible, and our websites come with free monthly web hosting through Google Cloud!

What if I want to cancel?

Cancellation is easy-peezy! Email us at [email protected] or let us know in our live chat if you wish to cancel and we'll get you squared away! There are no fees to cancel. If you migrated your website to Enrollio® and wish to switch back you simply need to redirect your hosting records and if you need help doing so our team can assist no problem :)
