Terms of Service

Please carefully review the following Terms of Agreement for our website building service. The service is valued at a maximum of $500 USD. It is bundled with our annual subscription without any extra charge. Alternatively, it can be purchased alongside our monthly software subscription for a one-time fee of $500. We will deliver a preliminary draft of your website typically within 7 to 14 business days, with a maximum timeline of 21 business days. Our website building service includes two rounds of revisions post the first draft. Please note that if you're not satisfied with the website post these two rounds of revisions, we unfortunately cannot provide any refunds or undertake any further revisions. We offer to recreate up to 10 pages of your existing website within Enrollio®, leveraging our dedicated website template. Examples of this template can be found at www.enrollio.ai/website-creation. We aim to incorporate the style of your existing website into our template, specifically designed for dance studios, rather than duplicating the exact design. If we do not receive a response to our website draft sent to the email address provided within 60 days, we will assume approval, cease further development, and consider the website as finalized. Please note that if you choose to terminate your Enrollio® software subscription at any point, your website will be deleted along with your Enrollio® account. We regret to inform you that we cannot transfer your website to another website building service in case of cancellation. By signing the form below, you confirm your agreement to these terms, your understanding that there are no refunds available for the website building service within Enrollio®, and your wish to proceed with the website building service within Enrollio®. You also affirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. Enrollio® reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. *

Please allow 7-14 business days for the first draft of the website build to be completed. Once it is complete we will send you an email with a preview link and a video walkthrough. After that you have the option to either schedule a zoom call to go over your requested revisions or you can simply email any revision requests.

When you're satisfied with the website we'll quickly change your hosting records and your new website will be up and running! Please note that during the website migration your website domain will be down intermittently for 10-30 minutes.
