About Enrollio

We didn't build software. We built a studio that needed one.

Enrollio is the Studio Operating System that grew out of a real dance studio — the exact system Brad and Hope used to scale Bella Ballet from 300 to over 1,300 students.

How it started

Enrollio was built inside a working dance studio

Before Enrollio was software, it was a survival kit. Hope Macdonald started Bella Ballet with a handful of little dancers in pink tutus and a love for teaching — not a background in running enrollment funnels.

As the studio grew, the admin grew faster. Inquiries arrived from forms, DMs, and texts that never made it into one place. Families fell through the cracks. Hope and Brad were working harder every season and still hovering around 300 students.

So they stopped trying harder and started systemizing — building one connected system to capture every lead, follow up automatically, and show exactly what was working. That system took the studio past 1,300 active students. Other studio owners wanted it, so they turned it into Enrollio.

    Bella Ballet opens its doors

Hope Macdonald starts a single ballet studio for kids ages 2–6, teaching tutus-and-tiaras classes in one small, very pink room.

  2. 2021

    Stuck at ~300 students

Leads slipped through the cracks, parents ghosted after trials, and enrollment lived in spreadsheets and inboxes. The problem was never marketing — it was leakage.

  3. 2022–2023

    Systemizing instead of hustling

Brad and Hope rebuilt the studio around three systems: capture every lead, follow up instantly, and track what actually works. Growth became predictable.

  4. 2024

    1,300+ active students

The same connected system now runs daily without micromanagement — and the Empower program expands Bella Ballet to older dancers across new disciplines.

The founders

Brad & Hope Macdonald

Hope ran the floor — teaching classes, talking to parents, and feeling every missed lead and no-show personally. Brad obsessed over the systems behind the scenes: where students came from, why families enrolled, and how to make follow-up happen without anyone remembering to do it.

Together they turned a stuck, spreadsheet-run studio into a predictable, systemized one. They didn't build Enrollio to sell software — they built it because they needed one place for leads, enrollments, and communication, with real visibility into growth.

Everything they learned running a 1,300-student studio now lives inside Enrollio.

The studio behind the software

Still a real studio, still running on Enrollio

Enrollio isn't theory from a software team. It's the system that runs Bella Ballet and Empower every single day.

As students grew up, so did the studio. Empower extends Bella Ballet into hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, and lyrical — keeping families enrolled for years, not seasons.
