Policy for Complimentary Support Calls

1. Call Limitations

• Each Enrollio client is entitled to one 15-minute complimentary support call per week.

• Back-to-back bookings are not allowed. If further support is needed, clients can schedule a separate call for the following week or explore alternative support options.

2. Scope of Support Calls

• Complimentary calls are designed for quick guidance or troubleshooting.

• For more extensive help, such as custom setups or configurations, clients can opt for our A La Carte service at Enrollio DFY Setup.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a call. Missed appointments may forfeit the client’s weekly call allocation.

Alternative Support Options

To ensure clients have multiple ways to receive help:

• Live Chat Support: Available 18 hours a day, Monday through Friday.

• Email/Ticketing Support: Submit tickets for more detailed inquiries.

• Help Center: Access to articles, FAQs, and video tutorials.

For tailored solutions or more complex configurations, our A La Carte service is available for hands-on assistance.
